Rate of Murabaha

• Following repayment commitment, a 4% declining sum will be repaid to the customer at the conclusion of the financing period.

Conditions for Granting Financing

• The customer must be from Jerusalem and have a business there
• The Customer must be at least 22 years old and shall not be older than 65 when paying the last installment.
• The Customer owns the business or owns a share of it worth at least 51% and manages it on his own for at least a year.
