AIB Representative Office in Dubai
The Arab Islamic Bank's objective was not limited to developing services and programs but also expanding and spreading at the local and global levels so that the bank's name became well known at the global level as a qualitative addition to the level of services and appreciation for clients. One of the most significant goals of external growth is to provide services to the Palestinian community (Palestinian expatriates) and encourage them to invest locally to improve and develop the Palestinian economy through investment advice services provided by the representative office. Due to the presence of approximately 150,000 Palestinian expatriates in the UAE, the decision was made to begin in the UAE by opening the first global representative office in the United Arab Emirates in the Dubai International Financial Center, as the first step for the Arab Islamic Bank towards globalization and the first global expansion at the level of Islamic banks operating in Palestine.
