The Video Call service is one of the new technologies launched by the Arab Islamic Bank to connect with the public through the bank's mobile application, online banking services, and the bank's website. It allows both customers and non-customers to directly communicate with customer service representatives using video technology, with ease and security. This service offers numerous benefits, enabling customers to complete various banking transactions and get quick answers to their inquiries, as well as activate or block cards and access many other banking services. This service is available every day of the week from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM at no cost.

Cards 

  • Issuing an instant debit card
  • Issuing a new Shopping Card
  • Requesting an Easy Life card
  • Requesting a credit card
  • Issuing a new PIN or replacing a lost one
  • Adding an account to the Visa card
  • Activating a new or suspended card
  • Blocking a card
  • Resetting the incorrect PIN attempts counter
  • Requesting the activation of the Shopping Card account

How to Access and Use Video Call

 You can access the Video Call service through the mobile banking app or online banking services via the bank's website.

 1. Open the app 

2. Select the "Video Chat" service from the "Our Services" menu 

3. A box will appear with the "Start Conversation" option—click on it 

4. The customer will see and hear the employee 

 

Additionally, the service can be used without logging in by following these steps: 

Under the "Our Services" section in the mobile banking app, choose "Video Chat"

Enter your name and mobile number

Then press "Start Video Chat"
