The Video Call Service is one of the new technologies introduced by the Arab Islamic Bank to facilitate communication with the public through the bank’s Mobile Banking application, Internet Banking services, and the bank’s website. This service allows both clients and non-clients to speak directly and securely via video with call center staff. This service provides numerous benefits, enabling users to complete many banking transactions and receive prompt answers to inquiries. Additionally, it allows activation or deactivation of cards and access to various other banking services. The service is available every day of the week from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM at no cost.

1. Cards
- Issue an instant debit card
- Issue a new Shopping Card
- Request an Easy Life Card
- Request a credit card
- Issue a new PIN / replace lost PIN
- Link an account to a Visa card
- Activate a new or blocked card
- Deactivate a card
- Reset PIN entry attempts after incorrect entries
- Request activation of the Shopping Card account

How to Access and Use Video Call
The Video Call service can be accessed through the bank’s Mobile Banking application or Internet Banking via the bank’s website.
- Open the banking application or Internet Banking platform
- Select Video Chat from the services menu
- Click “Start Conversation”
- The client will see and hear the call center employee on video
Using the Service Without Logging In:
Under the services menu on Mobile Banking, select Video Chat. Then enter your name and phone number and press “Start Video Conversation”
