What is the E-SADAD platform?
E-SADAD is a comprehensive digital platform managed by the Palestine Monetary Authority. It aims to facilitate the electronic display and payment of bills. This platform enables you to view and pay bills, fees, and installments for all services provided by private sector companies, government departments, local authorities, and universities through mobile banking and internet banking.

You can access the E-SADAD platform and benefit from its services through your bank's mobile banking and internet banking.
To access the E-SADAD platform and inquire about and pay bills, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your mobile banking/internet banking account.
2. When you click on the bill payment service in the bank application, you will find the E-SADAD platform.
3. You will need to define your bills "once only".
4. You can start using the platform's services and pay bills and fees.
